Sample Menus - Personal Chef Service

Balanced Plate customizes your weekly menu to your specific needs. You will discuss how many different dishes and total meals you desire weekly during your FREE lifestyle interview.

 

All dishes from Balanced Plate come in serving multiples of 2. For example, you may order 1 dish for a total of 2, 4, 6 servings or more.

 

Meals may be prepared ready to go in individual servings, in batches where you can mix and match the individual protein, vegetables, grains and sauces, or both!

Tier 1 ~5-6 hours 
Service fee (meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, clean up): $300-360 plus the cost of groceries

Homemade gluten free seeded loaf with strawberry chia jam and hard-boiled eggs

Nut free and vegan options available

Lunch/Dinner Entrees: 
Roasted salmon with tomato and shallot confit and herbed brown rice

Grilled Chicken with basil lemon quinoa and mixed roasted vegetables

Service fee: (meal planning, dietitian macronutrient calculation and customization, grocery shopping, cooking, clean up, review of goals for the week): $640-720 plus the cost of groceries
